Pumpkittens
Pumpkittens is a blend of adorable kitten NFTs and DeFi gaming features that offers the first ever revenue sharing model to the users.
Has there ever been a combo better than macaroni and cheese? We present to you: Pumpkittens, a combination of internet’s famous obsession with kittens and GameFi NFTs! This project based on Fantom stands out for its attractive and original concepts that allow out-of-box usage of NFTs to the users. Its pioneer feature of 100 rare and unique revenue sharing NFTs has earned it a massive boost on the platform where the NFTs first dropped at 200 FTM are now valued around $35k-$45k! Moreover, Pumpkittens is the first project that incorporates NFT farming on FTM. What exactly is this GameFi built around? Let us explore what Pumpkittens has to offer to the NFT space on Fantom.
The Lore
Pumpkinland is a magical secret world buried under the Earth that hosts OG magical kittens called ‘pumpkittens’, BitKittens, AncienKittens and the Juniors. All the inhabitants of the Pumpkinverse get PKN Gold. OG Pumpkittens are the collectors of the first NFT drop on FTM. They get 50% of the revenue from every future NFT drop on the platform and lead the province counsels of the 9 provinces that make up Pumpkinland along with other kittens. A revenue sharing model binds the landlords and kittens.
The nine provinces:
1. Rainbow Island: Following along the lines of its name, this is the happiest place in Pumpkinland.
2. Battlehare: The summit of brave warriors. Functions as the arena for most guests.
3. Carnival Town: The most fun part of Pumpkinland.
4. Gecko Town: The abode of techies and geeks of BitKittens.
5. Poweroth: Home of the shrewdest of the leaders.
6. Karmic Village: The birthplace of AncienKittens.
7. Sacred Island: Hardest place to reach in the ecosystem.
8. Seastrom: The party hub of Pumpkinland.
9. Ancien’s Land: Deepest secrets and treasures lace this place.
Each province is headed by a Super Rarity Pumpkitten Tribe Chief called OG Pumper. They make up the Tribal Council responsible for the over-all governance.
The GameFi
The Pumpkittens GameFi is set to have features like NFT farming, Breed to Earn, Hold to Earn and Win to Earn models along with a plethora of other DeFi play-to-earn games for the users. The central currency of Pumpkinland will be PKN. To enter this space, a user would need an available Kitten and a magical Pumpkinland ticket (valued at 50 PKN) purchasable on Pumpkinland Market. 300 BitKittens, 500 AncienKittens and 900 Pumpkinland NFTs will be launched on the Pumpkitten ecosystem. Pumpkinland NFT holders will be eligible to earn land tax every month in PKN Gold. The team is currently working on the user interface for the GameFi and themed minting pages.
PKN Tokenomics
The maximum token supply has been limited to one million. With 5% allocation for the team, 2,25% for LGE 1.5% towards a plausible future audit and 1.25% for Marketing, covering the initial 10% of the total mint. Users would be able to avail diamond tokens at a lucky price from daily emissions. The team is considering introduction of permanent liquidity on Pumpkittens in the near future.
Diamond tokens are a unique feature of this project valued for their rarity. Only NFT Kitten holders are eligible to collect diamonds through LGE. They are tied with Fantoon project of Pumpkittens. Fantoon is the community driven marketplace for NFTs by Fantom. 50% of the revenue from projects on Fantoon will be shared with all Kitten holders. 100% of the Fantoon fees and royalty goes to the Diamond holders (with a 1% transaction fee). Only one million diamonds will be created in Pumpkinland and that makes them a worthy asset to hold and trade.
Roadmap
Background
The Pumpkittens team is led by Hiro and is divided into domains of three designers (from India, Russia and Vietnam), three developers (in Dubai) and the 1000+ strong community. The project believes that their community engagement is crucial to the backbone of the team and that the Fantom platform offers the right opportunities for them to do so.
